Privacy Policy
What happens to information when you visit this website.
Effective 31 July 2026.
This policy explains what happens to information when you visit this website. It is short because this website collects very little.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it loads no content from any other company. Every image, font, stylesheet and script is served from this site itself. You can confirm this in your browser’s developer tools.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics or advertising software. It has no accounts, no logins and no forms, so there is nothing here that asks you for your name, address, telephone number or any other personal detail. Nothing you do on this site is used to build a profile of you or shared with advertisers.
Server records
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep routine technical records of requests, which may include the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These records exist so the site can be operated and kept secure. They are not used to identify visitors and are not combined with any other information.
If you contact us
If you write to contact@capforce.inc or to the postal address below, the Company keeps your message and contact details so it can reply and so it can meet its record-keeping obligations. That correspondence is used for no other purpose and is not sold or rented to anyone.
Sharing
The Company does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting for the Company, such as its hosting provider or transfer agent, and may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, or a request from a regulator or court.
Stockholder records
Records of the Company’s registered stockholders are held by its transfer agent, not by this website. Questions about those records should go to the transfer agent — see Shareholder Information.
Other websites
This site links to sec.gov and to the Company’s transfer agent. Those organisations handle information under their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.
Children
This website is intended for a general and investor audience. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information the Company holds about you, including the right to ask what is held, to ask for a correction, or to ask for deletion. To make a request, use the contact details below.
Changes
This policy may change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated, and the version published here is the one that applies.
