About CapForce

The same registrant since 2015 — under new ownership, a new business and, since February 2026, a new name.

CapForce Inc. is a Delaware corporation and a U.S. reporting company. It was formerly known as OpGen, Inc.

Legacy OpGen was a molecular diagnostics business. That business did not succeed. In August 2024, AEI Capital acquired a controlling interest in the Company and began repositioning it; since October 2024, financial technology and digital investment banking has been the Company’s primary business.

On 23 February 2026, at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, stockholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation changing the Company’s name from OpGen, Inc. to CapForce Inc., and in connection with that change the ticker symbol became “CFOR”. The amendment was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on 27 February 2026, and the bylaws were amended and restated to reflect the name change.
